Well Christmas is several weeks behind us, but I just have to add a blog about the adorable wedding I got to photograph at the end of December. Back in the summer, I was able to photograph Emily and Benny's engagement session. They knew then that the ceremony would have a vintage/rustic feel, and they incorporated that into the holiday season perfectly. So for those on-top-of-things southern brides already planning their 2014 winter wedding, take notes.
Personalizing a wedding to fit your style happens in the details. The decor kept with the overall Burlap and Lace theme that they wanted, but they also incorporated small items that took the details from general to specifically for this bride and groom.
Right: Instead of a guest book, the couple had their guest write messages on Jenga blocks.
Below from Left to Right: They made personalized glass mugs for each guest. Lovely Christmas decor that acknowledged the holiday but wasn't over-the-top or distracting. Bride's cake fit right in, positioned on a wooden stand and decorated with snowflakes.

And of course lots of fun was had at the reception!
